Jenelle Troxell

Jenelle Troxell received her PhD in Comparative Literature from Columbia University, and is currently Associate Professor of English and Film Studies at Union College. Her writing has appeared in such venues as Modernism/Modernity, Screen, Camera Obscura, and Framework, and she is currently completing a book manuscript, “What Does She See When She Shuts Her Eyes” Transnationalism, Feminism, and the Cinematic Avant-Garde.” She also works in film production and programming and has recently curated series: Decolonial Beats and Spectres of Empire.
